Cancellation Policy for Services
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of our clients and our time, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us 48 hrs before your appointment in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full amount of the service being render.
If you will be running late, please notify a representative at Lace of Love as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
Due to COVID-19 we have our appointments spaced out to allow for proper cleaning between appointments and if you are late this will interfere with the required cleaning to keep our clients and staff safe.
We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you and Lace of Love bra fitter/lingerie stylist if you were late for a reason Lace of Love Manager determines to be valid.
We require full payment of service to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
